Steps:
- Crush the Weetabix into crumbs and mix with HALF of the maple syrup and coffee. Press the crumb mixture into a bowl or dish.
- Mix the other half of the maple syrup with the cream cheese, vanilla and yoghurt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese and yoghurt mixture on top of the Weetabix base, then leave to set for an hour or overnight in the fridge.
- Top generously with cocoa powder and grated dark chocolate.

- Line a 9x9 container with Weetabix. Top with Weetabix and press gently with a fork to form a biscuit base texture.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the yogurt with cream cheese. Pour mixture over Weetabix and shake the container to smooth.
- If using, swirl in the chocolate spread using the edge of a butter knife or chopstick.
- Top with fresh berries and serve.
