Here's what you need: Weetabix crispy minis, milk, plain yogurt, cream cheese, chocolate spread, fresh berry

Number Of Ingredients 6

Ingredients

2 cups Weetabix crispy minis
½ cup milk, warmed
¼ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup cream cheese
2 teaspoons chocolate spread, optional
fresh berry, to top

Steps:

Line a 9x9 container with Weetabix. Top with Weetabix and press gently with a fork to form a biscuit base texture.
In a separate small bowl, mix the yogurt with cream cheese. Pour mixture over Weetabix and shake the container to smooth.
If using, swirl in the chocolate spread using the edge of a butter knife or chopstick.
Top with fresh berries and serve.
