TROPICAL FRUIT FREEZER JAM
Sweet pineapple, tender papaya and juicy mango create a fresh and fruity topping for toast, muffins and biscuits. It freezes well, so you can make several batches to store and use throughout the year. This came from Taste Of Home Classic Cooking. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.

Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine freezer jam fruit pectin and sugar, stirring until evenly blended. Stir in pineapple, papaya and mango. Continue stirring for 3 minutes.
- Ladle jam into clean 8-ounce Ball freezer jars, leaving 1/2"-inch headspace. Apply lids. Let stand until thickened, about 30 minutes. Label jars. Refrigerate jam for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 1 year.

An adaptation of the first place winner of mangos at the Moana Recipe Contest. Though called jelly by the creator, it's probably more of a jam or preserve.

Steps:
- Mix together all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook on medium heat for 45 - 60 minutes, stirring often, until reaches desired consistency.
- Process canning jars according to the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations or refrigerate up to 3 weeks.

- The next day prepare to clean and cut all the fruits. Remove the Pineapple skin by cutting it all around off, remove the ring core of the pineapple too, because that part seems to be causeing irritation in some peoples throats. I kept the core in the recipe, thats my favourite part of the pineapple. Cut the pineapple into small chunks.
- Rinse and cut a slice out of the Papaya. Remove the skin with the black seeds as shown. Cut out the flesh from the skin and dice it.
- Rinse and peel the skin of the apple, quarter and remove the core of the fruit. Cut it into small slices.
