1 (1 1/2-pound) reserved cooked turkey tenderloin, sliced
4 cups mixed greens
1 cup sliced strawberries
2 sliced kiwi
1/2 cup dry-roasted, salted cashews
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons honey mustard
Salt and ground black pepper

Steps:

Cut turkey into bite-size pieces and set aside.
Arrange the mixed greens on salad plates or large serving platter. Top with turkey, strawberries, kiwi, and cashews.
In a small bowl, whisk together broth, honey, sesame oil, and honey mustard. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Pour mixture over turkey and spinach salad.

1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
4 teaspoons soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
SALAD:
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon butter
8 cups torn mixed salad greens
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Additional whole strawberries, optional

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. In a large skillet, cook and stir chicken in oil and butter until no longer pink. Add 1/2 cup salad dressing; cook 1 minute longer. , Place the salad greens in a serving bowl. Top with chicken, sliced strawberries and walnuts. Garnish with whole strawberries if desired. Serving immediately with remaining dressing.

Steps:

Mix together raspberry vinegar, raspberry jam, and vegetable oil in a small container.

1 1/2 lbs turkey breast (grilled is preferred) or 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, pre-cooked (grilled is preferred)
4 cups mixed greens
2 kiwi fruits, sliced
1 cup strawberry, sliced
1/2 cup cashews, dry roasted and salted
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons honey mustard
salt
black pepper

Steps:

In a small bowl, whisk together broth, honey, sesame oil, and honey mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let sit for 30 minutes.
Cut chicken or turkey into bite sized pieces and set aside.

1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Pinch ground cinnamon
Pinch kosher salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons blush wine vinegar
2 tablespoons hot water
2 teaspoons mixed berry jam
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Pinch kosher salt
10 ounces mixed greens
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup candied walnuts (or pecans)
1/2 cup feta cheese
Blush wine vinaigrette, homemade (recipe follows) or store bought

Steps:

To make the candied walnuts: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the walnuts, sugar, cinnamon, and salt and cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar melts and caramelizes, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a silicone mat-lined baking sheet and let cool completely, 20 minutes.
To make the vinaigrette: In a jar with a lid, add the sugar, vinegar, hot water, mixed berry jam, and garlic powder. Add the oil and salt. Cover and shake vigorously to combine.
To make the salad: In a large bowl, toss together the mixed greens and 1/2 cup of the strawberries. Add the vinaigrette to taste and toss until the greens are coated. Top with the remaining strawberries and sprinkle the feta cheese and candied walnuts on top.

Steps:
