ROTEL DIP
My super easy classic Rotel dip is the perfect blend of hearty taco seasoned ground beef, creamy Velveeta cheese, and Rotel tomatoes with chiles! It combines to make an amazing game day dip to satisfy all of your queso cravings!

Steps:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat brown the ground beef. Drain fat off.
- Add the optional taco seasoning, and mix into the browned beef.
- Add the whole can of drained Rotel to the ground beef.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add the cubed Velveeta cheese.
- Stir until all the cheese has melted and well combined. Garnish as desired and serve.

CROCK POT CHEESE DIP WITH A NEW TWIST
The smoked sausage, the rotel, and the cream cheese take normal boring cheese whiz and turn it into some of the best cheese dip I have ever had. It got rave reviews when I invented this past week for a party.

Steps:
- Microwave the smoked sausage for 3-4 minutes.
- Cube the cream cheese in small cubes for better melting.
- Combine the cream cheese cubes, the cheese whiz, and the rotel in the crock pot, mixing thoroughly.
- Add the sausage and mix well.
- Cook for thirty minutes in crock pot on high until everything is well heated.
- Stir often to avoid the edges burning.
