CINNAMON BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

Steps:

• Place butter in large bowl.
• Beat on low 30 seconds.
• Add sugar about a cup at a time, beating on low between each addition.
• Add 3 tablespoons milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
• Beat on medium 1 minute.
• Blend in up to 1 tablespoons of milk if frosting is too thick.

VANILLA OR CINNAMON CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Steps:

• Blend cream cheese and butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer set on low speed until combined, 30 seconds.
• Add sugar a little at a time on low speed, beating until the sugar is well incorporated, 1 minute.
• Add the vanilla or cinnamon, then increase speed to medium and blend the frosting until fluffy, 1 minute.

VANILLA CHAI BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

Steps:

• Pour the half and half into a microwave safe mug and heat in microwave for 45 seconds.
• Remove the mug from the microwave and place the tea bag in the mug to steep.
• Mix butter for one minute with electric mixer on medium speed. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves and vanilla extract. Mix at low speed. After powdered sugar is incorporated into the butter, increase speed to medium and add the tea infused half and half.
• Add additional powder sugar if frosting needs a stiffer consistency.
• Use immediately or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator up to one month.

CINNAMON GRAHAM VANILLA FUDGE

Steps:

• Line a 9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on both sides. Grease aluminum foil with cooking spray.
• Combine cinnamon bun frosting, white baking chips, and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir until chips are completely melted and smooth.
• Stir in vanilla extract and salt into the frosting mixture. Fold in graham crackers. Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
• Chill until firm, about 1 hour. Remove from pan by lifting edges of aluminum foil; cut into squares.
