Steps:
- Chop onions, bacon or pork, potatoes and carrots.
- Fry onion and bacon or pork until onion is soft.
- Add the cabbage, fry for 10 minutes until it starts to soften.
- Add the rest of the vegatbles and spices, with beef stock. Simmer for about 30 minutes until all vegetables are done.
- Serve with lingonberry or cranberry jam.

- Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add carrots, onion, and celery. Cover and cook until onions are translucent, about 3 minutes. Add garlic, bay leaf, coriander, curry powder, oregano, cinnamon, salt, and pepper; saute for 2 minutes.
- Stir in water, lentils, and tomato sauce and increase heat to high. Cover and bring to a boil; this is necessary to aid in digestion.
- Slowly add potatoes, kidney beans, canned tomatoes, and peanut butter. Cover and boil for 3 minutes longer. Reduce heat to the lowest setting. Cover and cook until all vegetables are tender and flavors have melded, about 1 hour.

- Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Saute onions and garlic in the hot oil until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in cumin and cook for 1 minute more. Place mixture in the bottom of a slow cooker and add chickpeas, diced tomatoes, tomato puree, mushrooms, vegetable stock, red wine, carrot, chile pepper, and oregano.
- Cover and cook on Low until vegetables are tender and flavors have melded, about 3 hours. Stir well. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.

- Core the cabbage and slice it thinly. Slice the carrot rather finely as well. Chop the onion and the garlic finely.
- Heat the coconut oil in a large heavy-bottomed pan or Dutch oven. Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook shortly until translucent. Add the cabbage and the carrot and cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes until it begins to soften.
- In the meantime chop the tomato into fine cubes. Add the tomato, coriander, cumin, chili flakes, turmeric, ginger, pepper tomato paste, and 1 teaspoon of honey to the pot. Stir well to coat the cabbage with the spices and let cook, stirring, for 3 or 4 minutes.
- Add water and salt, cover the pan, turn down the heat and simmer the stew for about 30-35 minutes or until the cabbage is cooked to your liking, I prefer it rather soft but not mushy.

- Cook the onions with the spices. Coat the bottom of a large deep pot with olive oil and place it over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and sauté until they're soft and becoming golden, about 10 minutes. Add the turmeric, chili paste, cumin, cinnamon and cardamom. Mix and let it cook until it's very aromatic, about 30 seconds. (Here's How to Use Fresh Turmeric.)
- Add the vegetables. Add the carrots to the pot and stir. Cook for a few minutes. Then add the broccoli and cauliflower and cook for another few minutes. Now add the cabbage, stir, turn the heat to low and cover the pot to let the cabbage wilt, about 4 minutes.
- Mix in the tomatoes and coconut water (or vegetable stock). Mix well once the cabbage has wilted and add the tomatoes and coconut water (or vegetable stock). Bring to a boil and then turn the heat to the lowest setting, cover, and let it cook until the carrots and all of the vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and serve. Remove the lid, add the peas, sugar, and season to taste with salt and pepper. (Here's How to Season to Taste.) Serve!
