- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook cavatappi pasta in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain, run under cold water, drain again, and allow to cool.
- Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, dill, white wine vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and lemon zest together.
- Mix pasta and celery together in a large mixing bowl. Pour in dressing mixture and toss to coat. Gently stir in salmon pieces. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

WASABI DILL SALMON SALAD
Steps:
- Grill the salmon fillets adding salt, pepper and lime juice to taste. Once fish is cooked through, refrigerate. In medium mixing bowl, stir together mayo, Wasabi, dill and lime juice. Once salmon has cooled, stir in mayo mixture breaking up salmon and folding in. Spoon onto crackers or on bread with fresh spinach leaves and eat! Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
ASIAN-INSPIRED WASABI SALMON SALAD WITH A GINGER DRESSING (PALEO, LOW-CARB)
I'm a HUGE fan of this tasty Asian-inspired wasabi salmon salad with a ginger dressing! Paleo, dairy-free, gluten-free, grain-free.

- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Prep sauces and set aside. These can be made ahead of time to speed up the process.
- Slice salmon into four servings. Place on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds. Place in oven and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches right around 145F.
- While salmon is cooking, prep salad by chopping lettuce and cucumber. To a bowl, add chopped greens, tomatoes, cucumber and mandarin oranges. Add in ginger citrus dressing and toss to coat. Alternatively, you can drizzle the dressing over each individual serving bowl.
- Once salmon is done, remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Drizzle with the wasabi sauce. Place salmon on top of salad, add a squeeze of lime if desired, and enjoy.
WASABI CREAM WITH CRACKED PEPPER AND DILL
Easy and good! Serve over salmon, seared fresh ahi tuna steaks, or fresh grilled fish of your choice. You can sub snipped fresh oregano or other favorite herbs for the dill, if you like. Recipe is easily doubled.

LEMONY DILL SALMON PASTA SALAD
Most pasta salads have a mayonnaise base, which I thought was too heavy for a salmon pasta salad. I swapped in a vinaigrette of sorts, with just a dusting of freshly grated Parmesan cheese for a touch of indulgence. It's the perfect way to use any leftover salmon.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add shells and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 9 minutes.
- Combine oil, shallots, lemon juice, capers, dill, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Add in the flaked salmon. Mix to incorporate.
- Drain cooked pasta and add to the salmon mixture. Toss to combine. Refrigerate before serving, at least 30 minutes. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
