My mom made this dessert for Thanksgiving the first year I was a Weight Watcher and it went better then the pecan or pumpking pies. 3 points per serving. Sorry, this recipe isn't core.

1 (1/16 ounce) package sugar-free lime gelatin
1/4 cup boiling water
1 (8 ounce) container fat-free whipped topping
2 (6 ounce) key lime pie yogurt

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Stir in yogurt with wire whisk.
  • Fold in whipped topping with wooden spoon.
  • Spread in crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

1 .3 oz package sugar-free Jell-O, lime flavor
1/4 cup boiling water
2 6 oz containers fat-free yogurt, key lime flavor
1 8 oz container fat-free Cool Whip

Steps:

  • In large bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. With wire whisk, stir in yogurt. Gently fold in Cool Whip with spatula or wooden spoon. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
  • Makes one pie, 8 servings, 4 WW points each.

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, diced
1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup low-fat yogurt

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt. With two knives (or pastry cutter), cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cottage cheese and yogurt just until the mixture forms a ball. Gather dough into ball; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  • On a floured surface, roll out dough to a 13" circle. Fit dough into a 9" pie plate, pressing to fit and rolling the dough over to form a rim. Refrigerate until chilled; prick the bottom with a fork.
  • For a prebaked crust, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line the crust with foil; fill with dried beans, rice or pie weights. Bake until crust is set, about 10 minutes, remove foil and weights. Bake until golden, about 5-8 minutes longer. Cool on a rack.

12 low-fat honey graham crackers, made into crumbs (3 full sheets)
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon water
4 bananas (thinly sliced on the diagonal)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 ounces unflavored gelatin (or standard size)
1/2 cup cold water
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
grated lime zest (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees; spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick spray.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter and water with a fork.
  • Press into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Bake until firm, 3-5 minutes; cool.
  • In another medium bowl, toss the bananas with the lime juice; reserve 1 cup. Arrange the remaining bananas over the crust.
  • In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water; let stand 2 minutes. Add the sugar; cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils and the gelatin and sugar dissolve, 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat; whisk in the yogurt and vanilla.
  • Pour into the pie plate. Arrange the reserved bananas over the pie; sprinkle with lime zest.
  • Refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap, until chilled, 2-3 hours.

Hubby loved it and didn't believe it is ww. lol. I did not add the grape n uts and it was still good. cooking time is freezing time. Serves 8. Each serving contains 137 calories, 4g of fat, 4g protein, 21 carbs, 1g fiber.

Steps:

  • * Preheat oven to 350ºF. * Grind graham crackers in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Or place crackers in a resealable plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Place crumbs in a small bowl. * Melt butter on stove top or in microwave and pour over graham cracker crumbs, mixing with a fork until completely moistened. Press crumbs evenly onto bottom of a 9-inch pie pan; place crust in refrigerator while preparing lemon filling. * In a medium bowl, combine condensed milk and eggs; mix until smooth.
