- Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat brown sugar, butter, vanilla, rum extract and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Beat in flour, baking powder and salt on low speed until well blended. Stir in white chocolate chunks and walnuts. In ungreased 13x9-inch pan, spread batter evenly.
- Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and set. Cool completely, about 2 hours.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave semisweet chocolate chunks and oil uncovered on High 30 to 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until melted; stir well. Spread chocolate glaze over brownies. If desired, place glaze in small plastic food-storage bag and cut off small tip from one corner of bag; drizzle glaze in diagonal lines over brownies. Let stand until glaze is set. For brownies, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix and brown sugar. Add egg and milk; mix until well blended. Stir in the butterscotch chips. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until brownies pull away form the edge of the pan slightly. Cool in the pan on a wire rack then cut into bars.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 9-inch springform pan with shortening or cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, oil, water, eggs and 1 cup of the white baking chips about 50 strokes with spoon or until well blended. Spread in pan.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean or almost clean. Immediately place chocolate candies around edge of brownie. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Remove side of pan.

I found this recipe online a while ago, but I can't remember where so I'm posting it here for safe keeping. This is one of my favorite desserts and I was surprised that I wasn't able to find it on food.com! It's not great alone, it really does need to be warmed up and topped with ice cream to be anything special.

- Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x9" pan.
- Melt white chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler, or in microwave on med power. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
- Gradually add the sugar and vanilla, mixing constantly.
- Drizzle in the melted white chocolate mixture.
- Combine the flour and salt and fold into the white chocolate mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Do not over-bake.
- 4. Serve heated. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, some real whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
