A refreshing white wine sangria that is always a hit at parties.

- In a large pitcher, combine dry white wine, peach vodka, lemonade concentrate and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add sliced peaches, red and green grapes.
- Refrigerate sangria until well chilled, at least 2 hours, or overnight to blend flavors. Serve over ice, and use a slotted spoon to include sliced peaches and grapes with each serving.

- In pitcher, stir together all ingredients except sparkling water and ice. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, pour sparkling water into pitcher to fill. Stir gently to mix. Fill glasses with ice; pour mixture over ice. Top with remaining sparkling water.

- To a large pitcher, add the mint leaves, raspberries, strawberries, wine and elderflower liqueur. Stir to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Add ice cubes to chilled wine glasses. Pour the sangria into the glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves and macerated strawberries from the pitcher. Top the sangria off with club soda and serve.
WHITE PEACH, TARRAGON AND BUBBLE SANGRIA
Tapioca pearls add a bit of whimsy to this bubble-tea-like sangria that's flavored with honey-scented elderflower liqueur and fragrant white peaches. It's a delicate drink, perfect for an Easter brunch or spring party or to serve with grilled fish or vegetables.

- Bring 6 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the tapioca, reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 15 minutes. Strain the tapioca in a large sieve, and rinse under cold running water until cold. Spoon the tapioca into a 3-quart pitcher.
- Add the wine, grape juice and liqueur to the pitcher, and stir to combine. Add the tarragon and peaches, and cover the pitcher with plastic wrap. Refrigerate the sangria to chill, at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
- To serve, fill 8 glasses halfway with ice. Stir the sangria to redistribute the tapioca, then pour the sangria, fruit, and tapioca into each glass.
SWEET WHITE PEACH SANGRIA
This recipe originally started out from Food Network's Bobby Flay. After the first pitcher disappeared, in no time flat, I began to adapt (and perfect) this refreshing summer drink that left my guests not only asking for more, but for the recipe. I increased the amount of triple sec and peach schnapps, since I would add in club soda- to give a refreshing effervescent fizz to my drig. You can easily adapt this recipe to suit your personal preferences by using either a white wine (like a Sauvignon Blanc) or even a White Zinfandel works, too.

- Place all ingredients in a pitcher and stir to mix.
- Refrigerate at least 8 hours or up to 48 hours.
- To serve you can add club soda to the entire pitcher, so give the sangria a "fizz". I prefer to pour about â..." club soda in a glass filled with plenty of ice, and then pour the sangria. Serve with a slice of fresh orange, for color.
- Very refreshing. I recommend keeping extra wine on hand, as my guests wanted more...and more. Chilling this for at least 8 hours is good, but making it at the last minute works fine... color and fruity flavor won't be as rich, if the drink isn't chilled quite long enough.

- Pour white wine, peach nectar, triple sec, orange juice, pineapple juice, and peach schnapps into a 2-quart pitcher and stir to mix. Chill for 3 to 4 hours, if possible.
- Pour over ice in tall glasses and top with club soda. Garnish with fresh peach slices and pineapple.

- Make simple Syrup: Bring sugar, water and a handful of fresh herbs to a simmer, in a small pot on the stove, stirring until sugar dissolves. Let cool either on the counter, or for an even more intense herb flavor,overnight in the fridge.
- Slice peaches. Place peaches, wine, herbed simple syrup and a splash or two of Elderflower liquor ( St. Germaine) in a pitcher or large mason jar. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. It will become more and more flavorful if left overnight or even for a couple days. Peaches may brown slightly, but will taste better and better.
- If serving to guests, strain out the browning peaches, and replace with freshly sliced peaches, and handful of fresh herbs and serve over ice.
