1 large package of frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1, 8 ounce container of sour cream
2 cups of grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
4-6 chopped green onions
1 cup of crushed corn flakes

Steps:

Thaw potatoes in large bowl. Combine soup, sour cream, and 1 1/2 cups grated cheese; mix together, then add to potatoes. Mix well. Pour in buttered oblong dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Then add rest of cheese on top with crushed corn flakes. Return to oven until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.

Steps:

Combine leftover cranberry sauce and whipped topping in a 1 to 1 ratio. Mix well and place in freezer until partially frozen. Remove before completely frozen and serve on left over pie.

4 slices bacon, chopped
¼ cup chopped onion
1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
4 (15 ounce) cans green beans

Steps:

Fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crisp. Drain off all but a thin coating of the grease. Add onions to the skillet; cook and stir until browned, about 5 minutes. Mix in tomatoes, stirring to remove any stuck on bits of bacon from the bottom of the skillet. Drain two cans of the beans, leave the liquid in the other two; pour into the skillet. Cook and stir until heated through.
