3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Combine all of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container. For each serving, add 3/4 cup boiling water to 1/3 cup cocoa mix; stir to dissolve.

4 -5 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute

  • Once it is fairly warm (but not hot), add cocoa powder and whisk until fully combined.
  • Add Splenda and stir.
  • Let sit on stove for 5 minutes or until the temperature you want.
