This is a great combination of mac 'n cheese and pizza that my kids love eating. It's a snap to make and the adults love it too!

2 (7.25 ounce) packages macaroni and cheese mix
½ cup butter
½ cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 (16 ounce) jar pizza sauce (such as Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce)
1 (4 ounce) package sliced pepperoni, or to taste
dried oregano, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain and return pasta to pot. Add butter, milk, and cheese mix to macaroni; stir until evenly mixed.
  • Stir eggs into macaroni and cheese until incorporated. Add 1 cup mozzarella cheese; stir until just combined.
  • Spread macaroni and cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish; top with pasta sauce. Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups mozzarella cheese over sauce. Cover the cheese layer with pepperoni and season with oregano.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.

1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup very warm water (120 F to 130 F)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup pizza sauce (I use spaghetti sauce)
4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 cups shredded italian five cheese blend
1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning

Steps:

  • Mix batter ingredients in a 9-1/2-inch deep dish pie plate that has been coated with cooking spray.
  • Top dough with the pizza sauce. Evenly distribute fresh mozzarella slices on sauce and top with shredded cheese. Sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning.
  • Bake by placing in a COLD oven; set temperature to 350°F Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
  • Note: If desired, batter may be mixed in a separate bowl. Proceed as directed above.

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons shredded smoked gouda cheese
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Fontina cheese
1 -2 roma tomato, sliced into 1/8 inch rounds
3 ounces buffalo mozzarella (or fresh water-packed mozzarella, cut into 24 1-inch pieces)
1/2 cup shaved romano cheese
2 tablespoons slivered fresh basil

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 425.
  • prepare dough.
  • brush the surface of the the prepared dough with a thin application of olive oil.
  • evenly distribute the cheese over the oiled surface as follows: smoked gouda, mozzarella, fontina.
  • place tomato slices over the cheeses, spaced about 1 inch apart - do not overlap.
  • top the tomatoes with the pieces of buffalo mozzarella followed by the shaved romano.
  • transfer pizza to preheated oven, bake till crust is crisp and golden and center is bubbly, about 15 minutes.
  • remove pizza from oven, sprinkle with basil.
  • slice and serve.

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup green pepper, diced

1/2 cup canned tomato, with italian seasonings and drained
1/4 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
1/4 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Saute pepper and onion over medium-high heat until onion is tender. Stir in chicken, tomatoes, and herb blend.
  • Spray 8 X 4 loaf pan with nonstick spray. Combine Bisquick , egg substitute, water, and garlic powder. Spread batter in pan.

1 egg whites or 2 tablespoons fat free fat-free liquid egg product

1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup canned Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spray 8" x 4" loaf pan.
  • Mix together Bisquick, egg white, water and garlic powder. Spread in pan.

2 (1/4 ounce) packages each fast rising yeast
3/4 cup water, very warm
1/4 cup olive oil
4 links Italian sausage
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
28 slices pepperoni
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix batter ingredients together spray a 9X13-inch pan and spread batter to cover the bottom.
  • Remove sausage from casings and saute, with garlic, onions, and bell pepper until sausage is no longer pink add tomato sauce and spices and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Pour meat mixture over batter top with mozzarella then pepperoni then parmesan.
  • Bake 30-40 minutes or until done.

Sprinkle with cheese. Bake by placing in a COLD oven; set temperature to 350°F. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
