- To do this, whisk together the mayo, soy milk, parsley, dill, garlic powder. Then, add a pinch of salt and season to taste, if needed. Set aside.
- Next, heat the milk and cornstarch together in a medium saucepan until cornstarch has dissolved. Then, heat the milk over medium heat until slightly thickened, about 4-5 minutes, then set aside to let cool.
- Then, place the air fryer tray into the Air Fryer and set to 7 minutes at 400 degrees F. Let cook, then flip/shake ~halfway through cooking.

- Break apart the cauliflower Cut the green stems back on the cauliflower head and then break or cut the head into about 1-inch florets. It's easiest to start near the base of the cauliflower and work your way toward the center.

Meet your newest air fryer obsession. These cauliflower buffalo wings are super crunchy, packed with flavor, and the perfect healthier alternative to traditional wings. We use cake flour instead of all-purpose flour for a lighter, crunchier breading. However, if you're in a pinch, you can use all-purpose. Be careful not to overmix the batter or you could end up with a dense, soggy coating.

- Preheat the air fryer to 425°F (220°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cake flour, ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons cornstarch, the baking powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ½ teaspoon salt. Slowly whisk in the sparkling water until just combined. Do not overmix; some lumps are okay.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the remaining ¼ cup cornstarch and ½ teaspoon salt.
- Shake off any excess cornstarch, then dip the cauliflower in the wet batter, letting any excess drip off.
- Working in batches, add the cauliflower to the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the air fryer and repeat with the remaining florets.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce: Add the hot sauce, butter, and honey to a small skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted and the sauce is evenly combined.
- In a large bowl, toss the fried cauliflower with the buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Honey garlic sauce- Start by combining the honey, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, water and cornstarch in a pot. Heat on medium-low heat, and whisk until the cornstarch is smooth, and the mixture bubbles and thickens.
- Batter & breading- Arrange two medium-sized bowls.a) In the first bowl, mix together the flour, salt, garlic and onion powder. Add the milk to the flour mixture, and stir until smooth.b) in the second bowl, add the Panko.Working in batches, mix the cauliflower florets in the batter until completely coated, shake of excess batter, then toss in the Panko to coat. Transfer to a clean plate and repeat with the rest of the cauliflower.
- Air fry- Heat your air fryer to 400°F, and allow to preheat for least 5 minutes. Add the cauliflower to the basket- it can be touching but should not overlap. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip and shake the basket. Cook for an additional 2-5 minutes, or until cauliflower is evenly golden and crispy.
- Coat in sauce- Once cauliflower has been cooked through, dip the cauliflower in the sauce, shake off excess, and transfer to a serving plate. If your sauce has been sitting for a long time, you will want to warm it through before doing this step.

- Cut or tear the cauliflower head into florets. Place them in a large bowl. (make decent size florets not baby ones).
- Use an olive oil spray and give the cauliflower a quick spray all over. Alternatively use about one tablespoon of olive oil. (for WFPB & Plantricious diets omit oil and use a drizzle of tahini or water instead).
- Sprinkle with the paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper and chili powder if using. Toss to coat well all over.
