AIR-FRYER PUMPKIN BISCUITS WITH SPICED APPLE BUTTER
A couple of years ago, one of my friend's parents made pumpkin biscuits for Thanksgiving. I was inspired by the innovative idea but wanted to add my own spin by topping the biscuits with apple butter. Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 370°. In a large bowl, whisk the first 5 ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add pumpkin; stir just until moistened., Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead gently 8-10 times. Pat or roll dough to 1/2-in. thickness; cut with a floured 2-1/2-in. biscuit cutter. In batches, place in a single layer 1 in. apart in greased air fryer. Cook until golden brown, 7-9 minutes. If desired, serve with apple butter.

AIR FRYER BISCUITS
Want homemade biscuits, but it's too hot for baking or you don't have room in the oven for one more thing? These simple, classic ones cook to flaky perfection in your air fryer--no oven (or pan) needed. Try them with the easy honey butter for a perfect pairing.

Steps:
- For the biscuits: Add the flour to a large bowl and stir in the sugar. Use your hands to combine 6 tablespoons of the butter with the flour mixture until the texture is sandy with a few pebbles of butter. Stir in the buttermilk with a wooden spoon until combined, then turn the dough out onto a floured work surface. Press and shape the dough into a 5- to 6-inch round about 1 inch high. Flour a 2-inch biscuit cutter and cut the dough into 10 to 12 biscuits, reshaping when needed. Transfer the biscuits to a plate.
- Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Pour the melted butter over each biscuit, making sure they are all coated. Add the biscuits to a 6-quart air fryer so they are all touching. Cook at 350 degrees F until the biscuits are crusty and golden brown, about 15 minutes (see Cook's Note).
- For the honey butter: While the biscuits cook, mix the butter, honey and salt in a small bowl. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve the biscuits immediately with the honey butter.
AIR FRYER BUTTERMILK BISCUITS
These biscuits are golden brown, buttery, flaky, and made with only 6 ingredients. Faster than baking biscuits from a can and so much tastier!

- Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (195 degrees C).
- Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a bowl. Cut butter into flour mixture, using a pastry cutter. Add buttermilk until just combined.
- Flour a work surface and, using your hands, bring dough together and fold 5 to 6 times, ending with a 1-inch thick rectangle.
- Cut biscuits with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter. Bring leftover dough together to be able to cut more biscuits.
- Place biscuits into the air fryer basket and air-fry until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.

AIR FRYER PUMPKIN SPICE DONUT HOLES
Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line air fryer basket with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Sift flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt into a bowl and set aside.
- Beat brown sugar and butter in a second bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in pumpkin, egg, pumpkin syrup, and vanilla extract. Add flour mixture and beat until batter is just combined. Drop batter unto the prepared parchment paper using a medium-sized cookie scoop sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, making sure donut holes are not touching.
- Air fry until donut holes are cooked, 5 to 9 minutes. Air fry in batches if necessary. Cool for about 15 minutes.
- Combine sugar, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Spritz cooled donut holes with avocado oil and roll in sugar mixture.

Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 300°. Unroll crescent dough; separate into 8 triangles. Place 1 tablespoon applesauce at the wide end of each triangle; carefully roll up. Brush tops with 2 teaspoons cider. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over rolls., In batches, arrange rolls, point side down, in a single layer in greased air fryer. Curve to form crescents. Cook until golden brown, 7-9 minutes. Cool slightly. Combine confectioners' sugar and remaining 2 teaspoons cider; drizzle over rolls. Serve warm.

- In a small heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until golden brown, 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Transfer to a large bowl. Cool completely until butter is solid., Preheat air fryer to 350°. Line bottom of a greased 8-in. round baking pan that will fit in air fryer; grease paper. Add sugars to butter; beat until crumbly, about 2 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, salt and baking soda; gradually beat into butter mixture. Steps:
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and preheat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Place apples into another bowl and top with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon-sugar mixture. Set aside.
- Separate each biscuit into 2, for a total of 16 pieces. Roll each piece into a 5-inch circle.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the apples onto each round and pinch to seal. Roll into a ball and place seam side-down in the basket, making sure they are not touching. Spray with avocado oil and air fry until golden brown, 6 to 8 minutes. Turn balls over and air fry for an additional 4 to 6 minutes. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Remove from air fryer, spray with avocado oil, and roll in remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture.
