AIR FRYER DEER JERKY

Steps:
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cut venison slices into strips or squares.
- Add the venison strips to the marinade, ensure that all surfaces of the meat are covered by the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 3 hours.
- Remove venison from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place meat strips in air fryer basket in a single layer - ensure it is not overlapping.
- Air fry deer jerky until completely dehydrated. Set to air fry at 210°F / 100°C for two hours, then check the jerky. If it is not completely dried out continue to air fry for 15-20 minute intervals until it is ready. It needs to reach 160°F/ 71°C to be safe [Note 1].
- When the jerky is ready, allow to cool completely and store in an air tight container.

AIR FRYER VENISON JERKY RECIPE
Air Fryer Venison Jerky is so easy to make. You can make this recipe in your dehydrator or Ninja Foodi. This is a wonderful and simple deer jerky recipe.

Steps:
- First you want to start by slicing your roast into thin strips, and removing any silver skin on each piece of the meat.
- Lay it all out flat, and then mix up your seasoning per the box. Sprinkle on both sides of the meat, massaging it in.
- Then transfer the meat into a bag and add in the liquid smoke. 1 teaspoon per pound of meat you have. Massage bag.
- Store in the fridge for 24 hours to let it marinade and cure.
- Lay the jerky out on your air fryer trays, don't let the pieces touch. Then cook at 160 degrees for 3-4 hours. Make sure to flip and randomly check, and remove the meat when it is cooked to your texture liking.

AIR FRYER STEAK JERKY
This jerky takes some time to prepare, but the result is a worthy jerky contender.

Steps:
- Combine steak strips, soy sauce, steak seasoning, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke in a resealable plastic bag. Marinate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
- Measure skewers to fit across the air fryer basket, slightly overlapping the edge. Trim off excess length.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C) for 10 minutes.
- Thread beef strips onto skewers, leaving room in between each strip, while the air fryer is preheating.
- Air fry for 2 hours. Adjust cooking time as most air fryers have a maximum setting of 30 minutes. Rearrange the skewers during the reset time.
- Reduce temperature to 180 degrees F (80 degrees C). Air fry for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove strips to a paper towel-lined storage container. Seal. Allow to rest overnight before serving.

- Using a sharp knife, thinly slice beef and place in a resealable bag.
- In a bowl, combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sugar chili paste and rice vinegar; whisk well.
- Pour marinade into bag, seal and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 or up to 24 hours.
- When ready to cook, remove pieces of beef from a marinade and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Preheat air fryer to 160-degrees. Place beef in basket and cook for 3 to 4 hours. Checking the jerky periodically for desired doneness. Allow to cool completely and then store in an airtight container.

Using your air fryer oven makes whipping up a big batch of jerky as easy as 1-2-3. All it takes is a few ingredients and some patience. Make sure to cut your beef paper thin or plan on a longer drying time. I find it helpful to freeze the beef for an hour for easy slicing. Refrigerate any that is not consumed in 3 days.

Steps:
- Place beef, jerky seasoning, and 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons cure in a large bowl. Massage beef with your hands until evenly combined. Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
- Preheat the air fryer to 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Place beef slices on the rack, making sure none are overlapping.
- Air fry for 3 hours. Open the air fryer and let beef sit for 1 hour for final drying and cooling. Store in an airtight container.
