1 granny smith apple
1 slice lemon
2 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
2 slices deli turkey or ham, cut in half

Steps:

  • 1. Slice the apple into 1/2 inch thick slices. Rub the apple with the lemon wedge to prevent from going brown.
  • 2. Slice the cheddar cheese into 1/2 inch wide slices and the ham in 1/2 or in 1/4 (the ham needs to be large enough to wrap around the apple).
  • 3. Place an apple slice and a cheese slice on top of the deli meat and fold over deli meat to wrap.

2 tablespoons honey mustard

3 cups strawberries, halved

Steps:

  • Soak the red onion in a bowl of ice water, 10 minutes. Drain the onion and squeeze dry.
  • Whisk the yogurt, dill, honey mustard, and salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil and 1 tablespoon water, whisking until combined. Add the onion, ham, cheese, lettuce and apple and toss to coat. Pile the ham mixture in the middle of each wrap. Fold in the sides, then roll up the wraps. Cut in half and serve with the strawberries.

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat; stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Add the apples, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook and stir over medium heat until apples are tender. 1 cup canned garbanzo beans, rinsed, drained and coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the chutney, yogurt, curry powder, oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Whisk until combined.

  • Spoon the filling into the center of each wrap, leaving a 2- to 3-inch border. Fold the bottom flap of the wrap up and over the filling. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to enclose the filling. Cut each wrap in half and serve.

¼ cup white sugar

4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Press into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form a crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden, 7 to 9 minutes. Cool to room temperature, 15 to 20 minutes.

  • Turn the oven off but do not open the door, allowing the cheesecake to cool in the oven for at least 4 hours; this helps prevent cracking. Refrigerate to allow cake to fully set before serving, 2 to 4 hours more.
