Steps:
- Preheat a grill to medium and brush the grates with vegetable oil. Thread the pork tenderloin, sausage, bacon, pickles, banana peppers and onions onto eight 10-inch skewers; season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the mustard and olive oil in a small bowl; brush all over the kebabs. Grill the kebabs, turning occasionally, until marked and cooked through, about 12 minutes.

- In a small bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, vinegar, oil, honey and chili sauce. Pour 1/3 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting. , Drain and discard marinade from pork. On four metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread the pork, onion and red pepper., Grill kabobs, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until meat is tender, turning occasionally and basting frequently with reserved marinade.

ASIAN PORK MARINADE FOR KEBABS
This is an Asian style marinade for pork chunks that happens to be sugar free. Skewer the pork chunks to either broil or bbq. Serve with white or brown rice and with an Asian-flavored cabbage salad with rice vinegar and ginger.

- Mix all ingredients.
- Add pork and toss to coat. Refrigerate 1-3 hours.
- Skewer pork and bbq or broil until done--doneness will depend on the size of the pork chunks and how far from your heat source you are. I usually do 1-1 1/2" chunks and broil 3-4" from the heat for 5-6 minutes per side.

- In a medium bowl, toss the pork cubes with the sugar. Combine all other ingredients in a measuring cup and pour over the pork, tossing with your hands to make sure marinade is well-distributed. BBQ TERIYAKI PORK KABOBS
A simple way to make kabobs for summer grilling, and easily adaptable to add your favorite veggies. Great with rice and a nice salad!

- In a shallow dish, mix together 3 tablespoons soy sauce, olive oil, 1 clove minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Add pork cubes, and turn to coat evenly with marinade. Cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- In a saucepan, combine beef broth, cornstarch, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, brown sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Thread pork cubes onto skewers, alternating with mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, and pineapple chunks.
- Cook on grill for 15 minutes, or until meat is cooked through. Turn skewers, and baste often with sauce during cooking.

Street-style garlicky Thai pork skewers with lots of sweet and savory umami flavor. - Combine pork, sugar, fish sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix together thoroughly. Dissolve baking powder in 1 tablespoon water and blend completely into the pork mixture. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

- Trim any excess silver skin or fat from the outside of the pork tenderloin. Cut the tenderloin into 1.5 inch cubes. Try to make them as equal in size as possible.
