1 lb bacon
1 loaf white bread

Steps:

  • Cut crust off bread slices.
  • cut bread slices in half.
  • Use rolling pin to flatten bread.
  • Cut bacon in thirds.
  • Lay a thin layer of Cheez Whiz on each piece of bread.
  • Lay bread on a cut slice of bacon.
  • Roll bacon and bread up into a cylinder shape. Secure with a toothpick.
  • Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes until bacon is cooked.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups cubed day-old bread
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 large egg, lightly beaten
10 bacon strips

Steps:

  • In a small skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, celery salt, garlic powder, salt, pepper and onion mixture; toss to mix evenly. Add egg; toss to coat bread cubes. Roll into ten 1-1/4-in. balls. Wrap a bacon strip around each ball. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients., In a large skillet, cook bacon roll-ups on all sides over medium heat for 18 minutes or until bacon is crisp and a thermometer inserted into stuffing reads at least 160°. Drain on paper towels.

6 large eggs
2 Tbsp milk
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp fresh chopped chives
18 slice bacon
1 c sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Whisk the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper. melt the butter in a large skillet. Scramble the eggs whisking constantly until they just start to set up remove from heat and keep whisking keeping the eggs slightly firm but still a little wet. Stir in the chives. Set aside
  • 2. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Lay three pieces of bacon on board overlapping each piece a bit. Top with 1/3 cup of cheese down the center then spoon some egg mixture on top of cheese.
  • 3. Roll the bacon up tightly enclosing the egg cheese mixture. Lay on the baking pan. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • 4. Bake for 20 minutes until the bacon starts to crisp. Remove from oven and place the rolls in a large skillet over high heat and brown until desired crispness on each side. Serve

8 slices bread (crusts removed)
8 slices cheese (or more to taste, or 1 cup+ grated cheddar)
8 slices bacon (raw or pre-cooked)
¼ cup butter

Steps:

  • If using raw bacon, partially cook it in the air fryer or in a frying pan over medium high heat until some of the fat has rendered out. Ensure the bacon is not cooked too crispy.
  • Cut the crusts off of the bread if desired. Use a rolling pin to roll the bread flat.
  • Place one slice of cheese (or more if you'd like) or 2-3 tablespoons shredded cheese on each slice.
  • Roll up the bread and cheese. Wrap one slice of bacon around each roll and secure with a toothpick on each end.
  • Place in a pan over medium-low heat. Add a small spoonful of butter & using tongs, rub the rolls in the butter ensuring the bread edges are covered.
  • Continue adding bits of butter and turning with tongs until all sides are browned and cheese is melted.
  • Serve immediately.

1/2 pound bacon (approximately 10 slices)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 scallions, thinly sliced
Freshly ground black pepper
5 slices white bread
Toothpicks

Steps:

  • Slice bacon in half to form twenty strips. In a small bowl combine softened cream cheese with sliced scallions and pepper. Remove crusts from bread. Line up 4 slices of bacon, slightly overlapping to form a square. Using a rolling pin, flatten the bread. Place the bread slice on top of the bacon. Spread the bread with the cream cheese mixture. Roll up bread and bacon as you would a rug. Secure with 4-5 toothpicks about an inch apart. Assemble remaining roll ups and place on baking sheet. Freeze until firm. Slice rollups into 4-5 pieces each secured with toothpick. Either refrigerate or freeze until ready for use. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place roll-ups on broiler pan so that fat collects in bottom pan. Bake until crisp, about 20-30 minutes.

2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese with chives (softened)
1 tablespoon milk or 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
25 slices mixed grain bread (crusts removed & cut in half)
25 slices bacon (cut in half)
parsley sprig (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese and milk (or mayonnaise) stirring until of spreading consistency.
  • Spread 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture on each halved bread slice.
  • Roll tightly from the smallest end.
  • Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick.
  • Place on broiler pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
  • Turn if necessary.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired.
  • Note: These may be assembled ahead of time and frozen before cooking. To serve, remove frozen rollups from freezer and allow to thaw in the refrigerator over night. Then bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 40 minutes.

4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 small onion, chopped
8 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 pkg. (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Brown ground beef with bacon and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add VELVEETA; cook 5 min. or until melted, stirring frequently. Cool 10 min.
  • Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press into 15x8-inch rectangle; top with meat mixture. Roll up, starting at one long side. Rearrange if necessary so roll is seam side down.

  • Precook bacon until just starting to turn brown (you don't want to crisp).
