1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 1/2 cups bananas, ripe sliced
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups breadcrumbs, soft and firmly packed
1/2 cup butter, melted

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prepare chicken for roasting.
Mix everything else together and set in greased uncoverd roasting pan or stuff chicken.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
