BBQ BUFFALO WINGS
Steps:
- In a large sealable container or bag, thoroughly mix yogurt with 1 tbsp. Frank's RedHot. Add chicken wings, and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce with remaining 2 tbsp. Frank's RedHot. Add garlic, and mix well. Transfer half of the sauce to a large bowl, and reserve for tossing the cooked wings.
- Bring a grill sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat. Grill wings for 5 minutes with the grill cover down.
- Brush the tops of the wings with half of the sauce in the small bowl. Flip wings, and brush the other sides with remaining sauce from that bowl. With the grill cover down, cook 5 - 7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and slightly blackened.
- Place wings in the large bowl with the remaining sauce, and toss to coat.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper and garlic powder. In a large bowl, toss the wings with the salt mixture to evenly coat.
- Preheat a gas grill to medium heat (about 350 degrees F).
- Place the wings on the grill, crowding them together so that they are all touching (this goes against the conventional wisdom of giving meat room so it doesn't steam; you want them to steam so that they stay moist). Grill, flipping the wings every 5 minutes, for a total of 20 minutes of cooking.
- In the meantime, heat the butter, hot sauce, vinegar and honey in a saucepan over low heat and whisk to combine.
- In a clean large bowl, toss the wings with the sauce. Turn the heat up on the grill to medium high. Use tongs to remove the wings from the sauce and put them back on the grill until the skins crisp, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Put the wings back in the bowl with the sauce, toss and serve.
WING KING'S BBQ BUFFALO WINGS
This is a recipe from Drew Cersa (the Wing King) who recently appeared on the Live with Regis and Kelly show, in a cooking segment that featured appetizer recipes for Super Bowl Sunday get-togethers. This recipe took top honors in a Bobby Flay ThrowDown! competition. It sounded so scrumptious and perfect for a Super Bowl gathering, and I thought others might be interested in preparing it for their Super Bowl festivities.

- Once wings are fully cooked, add the wings to a large mixing bowl. Add the sauce, and flip gently to be sure the wings are thoroughly coated with the sauce.
- Serve with a side of blue cheese dressing.

BBQ CHICKEN WINGS
This yummy honey barbeque sauce is great on chicken wings, pork, or short ribs. The soy sauce and oyster sauce hint at an Asian inspiration, while the gin gives it an undeterminable edge.
