4 cups cooked chicken
15.5 oz can black beans (undrained)
14.5 oz Can Diced Tomatoes- Basil Oregano and Garlic Flavored. (undrained)
4 oz can chopped green chilies (undrained)
10.5 oz Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 oz taco seasoning
2 cups Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese

Steps:

  • Put all of your ingredients except your shredded cheese into a 4-quart crock pot and mix until well combined
  • Sprinkle your shredded cheese on top
  • Cover and cook on high for 1.5-2 hours or low for 3-4 hours

2 lb ground beef
15 oz can tomato sauce
15.5 oz can kidney (pinto, black or Great Northern beans)
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
15 oz can sweet corn
1.25 oz pkg taco seasoning mix
1 teaspoon freeze dried garlic (optional)
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Garnish: crushed tortilla chips (shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream)

Steps:

  • Brown your beef on the stove over medium heat (or in a browning slow cooker, then drain
  • Put your ground beef in your crock pot
  • Pour your tomato sauce, veggies (undrained), taco seasoning, cheese (and garlic) into your crock pot
  • Give it a good stir
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring once or twice if possible
  • Serve with crushed tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream

1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup all purpose flour
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 30 oz can pinto beans
4 oz can diced green chilies
1 cup salsa
1 10 oz can red enchilada sauce
6 cups chicken broth
4 oz cream cheese, softened & cubed
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup pepepr jack cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef and onion until fully cooked, drain grease. Add into slow cooker: cooked ground beef and onions. Sprinkle flour over top and stir in. Add to mixture: garlic, spices and seasonings, beans, green chilies, salsa, enchilada sauce and chicken broth. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on high 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Just prior to serving, stir in cheeses. Serve when they are completely melted in. Serve with toppings of choice.

1 lb Ground Beef
1 Small Onion (chopped)
1 Clove Garlic (minced)
16 oz Velveeta (cubed)
15 oz Can Beans of Your Choice (drained and rinsed, We used Northern Beans)
20 oz Diced Tomatoes with Chilies ((2-10 oz cans) undrained, We used Rotel 10 oz cans)
11 oz Can of Corn with Peppers (undrained, We used Mexicorn)
4 oz Can Green Chilies
10 oz Can Green Enchilada Sauce
1 Envelope Taco Seasoning
Garnish: Tortilla Chips (Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Etc.)

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet (or browning slow cooker) with onion and garlic until cooked through and drain.
  • Spray 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray OR use a slow cooker liner if not using a non-stick slow cooker. We used this reusable liner that we LOVE.
  • Place ground beef into the bottom of your slow cooker and add all remaining ingredients (except for garnish) and stir well.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve in bowls and top with garnish.

2 (14.5 ounce) cans peeled and diced tomatoes
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

Steps:

  • In a medium skillet, cook the ground beef until browned over medium heat. Drain, and set aside.
  • Place the ground beef, onion, chili beans, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, water, diced tomatoes, green chile peppers and taco seasoning mix in a slow cooker. Mix to blend, and cook on Low setting for 8 hours.

1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies (such as RO-TEL brand, your choice of heat, undrained)
1 (16 ounce) can no-bean chili
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can corn (drained)
1 1/2 lbs Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 (1/2 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet.
  • Drain.
