DRAGON'S BLOOD PUNCH (NON-ALCOHOLIC)

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl or pot. Add ice and stir.
• For grown up version, add 4 cups berry vodka and 1/2 cup orange liqueur.
• Ladle into serving glasses.

BLOOD-MOON PUNCH

Steps:

• For the ice moon, freeze a mixture of orange juice and water in a bowl that's 8 inches in diameter. In a large punch bowl, gently stir together Concord-grape juice, ginger soda, seltzer, and fresh lime juice. To release the moon, dip the bottom of the frozen bowl in hot water until the ice starts to melt at the edges. Remove the bowl from the water and turn it onto a plate. Place the moon in the punch, flat-side up, and if desired, arrange candy bats on top.

BLOOD ORANGE PUNCH WITH SPICED RUM

Steps:

• Add the dark and white rum, blood orange juice, orgeat, lemon juice and salt to a large pitcher, stirring to combine. Pour over ice-filled rocks glasses and garnish each glass with a lemon peel.
• To serve: Add dry ice pellets to a large, shallow platter. Put the glasses on the platter, surrounding each glass with the dry ice but being careful not to touch the pellets with your hands. Carefully serve the drinks on the platter.

DRAGON'S BLOOD PUNCH AND HAND ICE MOLD

Steps:

• You will also need: 1 lb coffee, can washed and rinsed.
• To make the hand, fill rubber glove with water. Tie at the wrist with string and freeze one or two days. Unmold. Sometimes a finger will fall off when unmolding, this only adds to the ghoulish effect.
• To make a base for the hand, fill coffee can about 1/3 full with water. Insert the hand and freeze until firm. To remove, run water on the outside of can.
• When ready to serve pour half the chilled juices and ginger ale into the punch bowl. Insert hand ice mold in the center. Fill bowl with remaining juices and soda. For added effect, place a few drops of red food coloring on the tips of the fingers just before serving.

BLOOD ORANGE PUNCH

Steps:

• In a large punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice, lemon juice and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Just before serving, add the soda, ice and candy fangs.
