PASSION FRUIT SORBET
This passion fruit sorbet recipe yields delicious bright flavor for the perfect warm-weather treat.

Steps:
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Let cool, and stir in passion fruit puree. Transfer to an ice-cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. The sorbet can be stored in the freezer in an airtight plastic container for up to a week.

- In a blender, combine the grapefruit juice and sugar, and blend until the sugar is dissolved. Add the Campari, pour the mixture into the container of an ice cream machine, and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

- place in a pre-frozen ice-cream machine and churn for approx. 30 minutes until it has thickened

- remove from freezer 10 mins before serving. scoop into glasses and top with one tablespoon of campari
