- Toss 1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes(cut into 1-inch pieces) with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon each chili powder and kosher salt and a few grinds of pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees F, stirring halfway through, until crisp, 35 to 45 minutes. Puree 1/4 cup warm water, 1 minced garlic clove, the juice of 1 lime, 2/3 cup cilantro, 3 tablespoons sunflower seed butter and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt in a blender. Serve with the potatoes.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, cornstarch, and cayenne pepper together in a small bowl.

- Start by peeling and slicing the sweet potatoes into managable 'oven chip-sized' mouthfuls.
- finely Chop the Chillies and the Garlic, and add together in a bowl, with about 4 tbsp of olive oil.
- Pre-heat the oven to 190/200C/fan = 400F = gas mark 6.
- spread the sliced sweet potato chips onto a tray for baking, and pour the chilli and garlic mixture over.
- With your hands, toss the sweet potato within the oil so that the wedges are evenly covered and the chillies and garlic are quite evenly distributed.
- Sprinkle chilli powder over (depending on how spicy you like your food) and season with salt before putting into the oven.
- On the middle shelf, bake for 15 mins or longer for a crispier wedge.
- Serve immediately, either to compliment a dinner, or they are just as delicious on their own, served with tzatztiki!

- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place the cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of the chili flakes and 1 teaspoon of the salt in a bowl and mix to combine.
