Mark and I were married in a casual outdoor ceremony. Our "wedding cake" consisted of 30 delicious cheesecakes, including this easy but special one.

- In a bowl, combine cracker crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. Divide in half and press onto the bottom and up the sides of two ungreased 9-in. pie plates. Refrigerate while preparing filling. , In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth. Add eggs, beat on low speed just until combined. Beat in vanilla. Remove 1-1/2 cups cheese mixture to a small bowl; fold in melted chocolate. Divide remaining cream cheese mixture between pie crusts. , To make the chain of hearts on each pie, drop teaspoonfuls of chocolate filling, forming 8 drops equally spaced around outside edges and 4 drops in center. Starting in the center of one outer drop, run a knife through the center of each to connect the drops and form a circle of hearts. Repeat with center drops. , Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on wire racks for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Refrigerate leftovers.

This is from Hershey's and there is another recipe on here with the same name, but it's different? Anyway, this one is wonderful!! Time to chill is not included in cooking times below.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 450.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
- Stir in 1 2/3 cups chocolate chips; pour into crust.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Without opening oven door, reduce temperature to 250; continue baking 30 minutes or just until set.
- Remove from oven to wire rack.
- Cool completely.
- Cover; refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
- Place remaining 1/3 cup chips and whipping cream in a small microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave at HIGH (100%) 20-30 seconds or just until smooth when stirred.
- Cool slightly; spread over top of cheesepie.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes or until topping is set.
- Cover; refrigerate leftover cheesepie.
EASY CHOCOLATE LOVER'S CHEESE PIE
Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 f.
- 2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in 1 2/3 cups small chocolate chips; pour into crust.
- 3. Bake 10 minutes. Without opening oven door reduce temperature to 250 degrees; continue baking 30 minutes or just until set. Remove from oven to wire rack. Cool completely. Cover; refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
- 4. Place remaining 1/3 cup chips and whipping cream in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave at high 20 or 30 seconds or just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred; cool slightly. Spread over cheese pie. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until topping is set. Cover; refrigerate leftover cheese pie.

- Heat oven to 450°F. Make and bake crust as directed. Cool completely on cooling rack.
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat caramels, butter and 2 tablespoons water over medium heat, stirring frequently, until caramels are melted. Pour into cooled baked crust. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled.
- In small bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/3 cup powdered sugar with spoon until smooth. Spread over caramel layer; refrigerate.
