Pecans, dark chocolate, caramel and marshmallows put a millionaire's twist on a classic Chex bar recipe.

Ingredients

1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 bag (10.5 oz) miniature marshmallows
7 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
2 bags (11 oz each) caramel cubes or bits
2 tablespoons milk (dairy or almond)
A pinch of kosher salt
1 bag (10 oz) dark chocolate chips
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Steps:

Line 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking parchment paper, and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
In 4-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add marshmallows. Stir with wooden spoon or rubber spatula until marshmallows are fully melted. Reduce heat to low; stir in cereal until evenly coated. Remove from heat; pour into baking dish. Use greased rubber spatula or greased hands to press mixture firmly and evenly in dish. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
In 2-quart saucepan, cook caramels, milk and salt over medium heat, stirring frequently, until caramels are melted. Pour mixture over bars, and spread evenly. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
In double boiler over medium heat or in microwavable bowl in microwave, melt chocolate chips. If using microwave, microwave uncovered on High in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until melted. Pour melted chocolate over caramel; spread evenly. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate until set, 1 to 2 hours. Cut into bars.

8 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
1 package (10 oz) peanut butter chips (about 1 2/3 cups)
1/4 cup chopped cocktail peanuts
1/4 cup butter, cut into tablespoons
1 bag (10 oz) miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup Kraft™ caramel bits
1 package (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (about 2 cups)
1 bar (1.86 oz) Snickers™ candy, unwrapped, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup finely chopped cocktail peanuts

Steps:

Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Spray large bowl with cooking spray; in bowl, stir together cereal, 2/3 cup of the peanut butter chips and 1/4 cup peanuts.
Spray medium microwavable bowl with cooking spray; add butter and marshmallows. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after each minute. Stir in caramel bits; microwave 30 seconds. Stir well to blend; a few caramel bits will remain unmelted.
Pour hot marshmallow mixture over cereal mixture in bowl; stir until cereal is well coated. Press firmly in pan.
In medium microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and remaining 1 cup peanut butter chips uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth. Spread over bars. Sprinkle chopped candy and 1/4 cup peanuts over top. Let stand about 2 hours or until set.
Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature.

3 cups crispy rice cereal or 3 cups corn cereal
1 1/2 cups M&M's
2 1/2 cups pretzel sticks, broken into pieces
1 cup salted peanuts
5 cups marshmallows
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

Steps:

Combine marshmallows, butter and peanut butter, melt over low heat or in microwave (microwave & stir in 1 minute increments, usually takes about 3 minutes).
Combine cereal, M&M's, pretzels and peanuts in a large bowl. Pour melted butter mixture over cereal & mix well, quickly.
Pat into a greased 9x13 pan and cut into squares OR drop by spoonfulls on waxed paper. Let cool 5 minutes and serve.
