CHICKEN SPAGHETTI WITH A TOMATO SAUCE BASE
This is a recipe I have been using for all of my adult life. I cannot recall where I got it from. All children love this because you can control the amount of heat. Try not to tweak it until after you try it as stated. Hint: I pressure cook my chicken so it isnt too dry and tough. Not sure on tine to cook, the chicken you can make ahead. Serve with french bread and salad. Bon Appetit!!!

CHICKEN SPAGHETTI SAUCE
I created this recipe on the fly because I didn't have my usual ingredients for spaghetti. I was so happy with how it tasted that I decided to make this my first recipe submission. This makes a very light sauce. If you prefer a heartier sauce, add 1/2 can of tomato paste or even use crushed tomatoes instead of whole, but I encourage you to try it as written; it's so yummy! Serve over al-dente spaghetti noodles. I hope you enjoy!

CHICKEN SPAGHETTI WITH WHITE SAUCE
This cheesy white sauce is perfect for any pasta but works best with spaghetti or cavatappi. I favor butcher bacon as it's the best bacon on the planet! Kids attacked the leftover pasta and ate the bacon and sun-dried tomatoes before I was able to get a photo!

ITALIAN CHICKEN AND SPICY TOMATO SAUCE
A wonderful quick and easy meal. I came up with this because I always have a ton of canned tomatoes on hand and a bunch of chicken. I wanted something different and low calorie. Once I snuck a bunch of broccoli VERY chopped up in here. I had to cook it forever so the husband couldn't tell it was in the dish, but it work like a charm! He still loved it!! Enjoy! (Pasta is included in the nutritional information, so cut back on that if you are watching your weight.)

CHICKEN SPAGHETTI III
Shredded chicken and spaghetti stirred into a mixture of melted cheese, green onion, tomatoes, red and green chile peppers and creamy mushroom soup. A Classic Chicken Spaghetti with a little bite. This is a good last minute chicken recipe for a family, and my 2-year-old loves to eat this recipe with his fingers. Also, this dish freezes well. Serve with garlic bread, if desired.

- BACON: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay 6 strips of bacon on a sheet pan (I did not use foil, but you can definitely bake it on foil and avoid the clean up) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the bacon is really crispy. Remove from oven and dry on paper towels; then cut it into small chunks.
- HOMEMADE ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE: Start making the sauce now, before baking the chicken. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, chopped, and cook it until translucent. Add garlic cloves, minced and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in crushed tomatoes, cup chicken broth, oregano (any Italians seasoning will do as well), dried basil, sea salt and crushed red pepper. Reduce heat to a simmer, and cook about 10 minutes.
