The taste of banana adds a fresh new twist to Eagle Brand's classic "Magic Bar". So luscious, you may want 'to 'go bananas' all the time!!

2 cups graham wafer crumbs
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chunks
1 cup flaked coconut
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • Combine Graham wafer crumbs with butter; press evenly onto parchment paper-lined 13x9-inch baking pan.
  • Combine Eagle Brand and bananas; pour evenly over crumb crust.
  • Top with chocolate, coconut, and pecans; press down firmly.
  • Bake in preheated 350F oven 20-25 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cool thoroughly and cut into bars.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees for glass dish). Coat 13x9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture. Layer evenly with chocolate chips, coconut and nuts. Press down firmly with a fork.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars or diamonds. Store covered at room temperature.

½ cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups mashed bananas
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add the egg and the vanilla and beat until well combined. Stir in the mashed banana, set aside.
  • Stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate large bowl, and make a well in the center. Pour the banana mixture into the well and stir just until combined.
  • Remove half of the batter from the bowl. Mix the cocoa powder into the batter remaining in the bowl and stir well. Spread the cocoa batter in the bottom of the prepared pan. Spoon the remaining batter on top and use a knife to swirl the batter into a marbled design.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the edges are golden, about 25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into 24 pieces.

1 (6-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
1 cup chopped walnuts
CHOCOLATE VELVET FROSTING
2 tablespoons shortening
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz.)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. In medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.2. Measure margarine, granulated sugar, bananas, egg, milk, KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal and 1 cup melted chocolate into large mixing bowl. Beat until well combined. Add flour mixture. Mix well.
