Chocolate Banana Pies Recipe

Time: 35 minutes



  1. firm bananas
  2. fresh lemon juice
  3. brown sugar
  4. puff pastry
  5. hot fudge
  6. vanilla ice cream


  1. preheat oven to 180c
  2. line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper
  3. brush the bananas with lemon juice
  4. place the sugar on a plate
  5. add the bananas and roll to evenly coat
  6. reserve remaining lemon juice and sugar
  7. cut the pastry into quarters
  8. wrap each banana in 1 piece of pastry and place on the lined tray
  9. bake in oven for 15mins or until pastry is golden
  10. heat the sauce following packet directions
  11. divide the banana pies among serving dishes
  12. drizzle with the reserved lemon juice and sprinkle with the reserved sugar
  13. drizzle over the hot fudge sauce and serve with ice-cream
