Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martini - An indulgent chocolate martini that's perfect for Valentine's Day, anniversaries, date-night-in, or a girls-night-in! Plenty of chocolate flavor in this festive, fun, and easy martini!

1 teaspoon strawberry syrup, for drizzling inside martini glass
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup, for drizzling inside martini glass
3 ounces chocolate wine (Petit or Chocovine) OR Chocolate liqueur (Godiva)
1 ounce white chocolate liqueur (Godiva)
1 ounce strawberry vodka (Absolut, Smirnoff, or others)
Chocolate covered strawberries or sliced strawberries, for garnishing* (See Notes Below)

Steps:

  • Prepare your martini glass by drizzling the strawberry and chocolate syrups inside. Use the types of syrups you'd use to top an ice cream sundae, such as Hershey's.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the chocolate wine or chocolate liqueur, white chocolate liqueur, and strawberry vodka into the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass, garnish with chocolate covered strawberries* or strawberry slices, and serve immediately.

1 1/2 oz Godiva Chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 oz White Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz Stoli Strasberi vodka
2 1/2 oz cream
strawberry, garnish
chocolate syrup, garnish

Steps:

  • Take chilled cocktail glass and spin with chocolate. Pour liqueur, vodka, creme de cacao, and h&h in a shaker full of ice. Shake once and pour into glass. Garnish with strawberries. Enjoy.
