Clementine Pomegranate Spritzer Recipes

POMEGRANATE LEMONADE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Pour the pomegranate juice into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Put the lemon juice and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer; cook, stirring, until sugar is completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
• To serve, fill a tall rocks glass with 3 to 4 pomegranate ice cubes. Pour about 1/4 cup of the lemon syrup over the ice and top off with seltzer. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Stir gently, garnish each glass with a lemon wheel and serve.
• Cook's Note: This recipe is easily doubled or tripled for a crowd

CLEMENTINE-POMEGRANATE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Pour clementine and pomegranate juices into glass; stir well. Pour in seltzer water; do not stir.
• Make cut in center of clementine sections; arrange on rim of glass.

POMEGRANATE GINGER SPRITZER

Steps:

• Place ginger and lime slices in a pitcher; stir in pomegranate and orange juices. Refrigerate overnight. , Just before serving, strain and discard ginger and lime. Stir club soda into juice mixture. Garnish as desired.

POMEGRANATE CHAMPAGNE SPRITZER RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Cut the pomegranate in half, and hit it over a bowl with a wooden spoon to release the seeds.
• Squeeze half a lemon over the pomegranate seeds.
• Pour a half cup of water over the seeds and lemon juice, and spoon the mixture into ice tray of choice.
• Freeze the cubes for an hour or until solid.
• In a glass, put one cube and then top with champagne.
• Watch the drink transform while the ice cube melts.
• Enjoy!

POMEGRANATE-GINGER SPRITZER

Steps:

• For the grenadine syrup: In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together the pomegranate juice and sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 25 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice. Let cool. (Makes about 3/4 cup; extra syrup can be stored in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.)
• For the spritzer: Add the tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and 2 tablespoons grenadine syrup in a rocks glass and mix until combined. Fill with crushed ice. Add the ginger ale, drop in a lime slice and serve.

POMEGRANATE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Muddle 1/2 of a lemon. Add pomegranate juice, agave nectar and ice.
• Pour into a shaker, Shake and top off with club soda.
• NOTE: For an adult drink, add vodka, rum or tequila to the mix.,.

POMEGRANATE SPRITZ

Steps:

• In a champagne flute, combine the prosecco and pomegranate juice. Garnish with the lime twist.

POMEGRANATE CHAMPAGNE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add pomegranate liqueur and orange juice. Cover shaker with lid and shake. Remove lid and slowly pour champagne into shaker; gently stir until mixed. Strain cocktail into a champagne glass.
• Squeeze the juice from the orange wedge onto the orange peel. Pour sugar into a small bowl and roll orange peel in the sugar until coated. Float sugar-coated peel in the cocktail.

POMEGRANATE ROSEMARY SPRITZER

Steps:

• Put the pomegranate juice in a small saucepan with a sprig of rosemary. Bring to the boil and reduce for a few mins until syrupy. Leave to cool, then chill until ready to use.
• Fill four Champagne flutes with 1 part pomegranate syrup and top up with 3 parts Prosecco. Garnish each glass with a rosemary sprig, if you like.
