Ingredients

1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream
1 pint (2 cups) chocolate ice cream
2 cups shredded coconut
16 semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. With 1/2-cup ice cream scoop, scoop 4 balls of vanilla ice cream and 4 balls of chocolate ice cream onto cookie sheet. Freeze 30 minutes or until firm.
Working quickly, roll each vanilla ice cream ball in coconut, coating well. Repeat with chocolate ice cream balls, coating well. Return to cookie sheet; freeze 30 minutes or until firm.
Press 2 chocolate chips into each ice cream ball to look like ghost eyes. Freeze until serving time.

3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 package (10 oz., about 40) regular marshmallows
- OR -
4 cups miniature marshmallows
6 cups RICE KRISPIES® cereal
flaked coconut
canned frosting or decorating gel
assorted candies

Steps:

In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
Add KELLOGG'S® RICE KRISPIES® cereal. Stir until well coated.
Using 1/2-cup measuring cup coated with cooking spray divide warm cereal mixture into portions. Using buttered hands shape each portion into ghost shape. Cool. Decorate with coconut, frosting and/or candies. Best if served the same day.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 and 3 above. Microwave cooking times may vary.

Steps:

In a food processor, cover and process cookies until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Cut cream cheese into three pieces; add to food processor. Cover and process until mixture forms a soft dough. , Using 2 teaspoons of dough for each, form 26 ghost shapes. Place on a waxed paper-covered baking sheet., In a microwave, melt candy coating and shortening; stir until smooth. Slowly spoon over each ghost shape to cover. Use a toothpick to create eyes. Store in the refrigerator.
