  2. garlic
  3. dijon mustard
  4. brown sugar
  5. lemon juice
  6. jalapeno
  7. cream
  8. ears of corn


  1. mix first 6 ingredients together
  2. place corn in a glass casserole dish
  3. and rub with cream mixture
  4. microwave for 5 minutes rotated and basting the cream mixture 1 / 2 way through cooking
