CREAMY CORN (STOVE TOP RECIPE)
This Creamy Corn recipe is the stove top version of our reader favorite Creamy Crock Pot Corn recipe! You are going to love it! It is so yummy!

Steps:
- Place corn in sauce pan.
- Cut butter and cream cheese into cubes and place in sauce pan.
- Add sugar, salt and pepper and stir well.
- Cover and cook on medium high heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring every couple minutes.
- Once all ingredients are well combined, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for approximately 5 minutes more, stirring at least once half way through cooking time.

CREAM CORN LIKE NO OTHER
This is NOTHING like canned creamed corn! My husband is not a fan of corn or creamed dishes, but he thinks this is great. Easy and quick to prepare and is an especially delicious side dish for chicken or pork. Everyone always asks for the recipe.

- In a skillet over medium heat, combine the corn, cream, salt, sugar, pepper and butter. Whisk together the milk and flour, and stir into the corn mixture. Cook stirring over medium heat until the mixture is thickened, and corn is cooked through. Remove from heat, and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted. Serve hot.

- Next, reduce the heat to medium and add the cream cheese and milk. Continue cooking, stirring constantly until the cream cheese has melted into the milk to form a sauce. The sauce will thicken. Do not leave unattended and continue to stir; the cream cheese sauce will burn easily.
