CHRISTMAS CRISPIX® MIX

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Lightly butter a large roasting pan.
• Mix corn and rice cereal, pecans, and almonds together in the prepared roasting pan.
• Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Heat to 240 degrees F (115 degrees C) or until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms a soft ball that flattens when removed from the water and placed on a flat surface. Remove saucepan from heat and stir vanilla extract into syrup.
• Drizzle syrup over cereal mixture and toss to coat.
• Bake cereal mixture in the preheated oven for 30 minutes; stir and continue baking for 30 minutes more. Spread cereal mixture in 1 layer onto 2 lightly buttered baking sheets, separating any large chunks with 2 forks; allow to cool.

CRISPY CEREAL MIX

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Melt the margarine in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
• Remove baking pan from oven. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, seasoning salt and onion powder. Gradually mix in the nuts, pretzels, bagel chips, crispy corn cereal squares, crispy rice cereal squares, and crispy wheat cereal squares. Evenly coat all ingredients.
• Bake approximately 1 hour in the preheated oven. Drain on paper towels.

CRISPIX MIX ROMA PARTY MIX

Steps:

• 1. In 2-gallon zipper-type storage bag, combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal, SUNSHINE CHEEZ-IT crackers and pretzels. Set aside.2. Stir together oil, hot pepper sauce, Italian seasoning and fennel seeds. Pour over cereal mixture. Close bag and gently toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle with cheese and close bag. Gently toss until evenly coated. Store in airtight container.

CRISPIX MIX ORIGINAL

Steps:

• 1. Combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal, nuts and pretzels in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Set aside.2. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.3. Bake at 250°F for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:1. In large microwave safe glass mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal, nuts and pretzels. Set aside.2. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.3. Microwave at HIGH for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.Microwave cooking times may vary. NOTE: Dry roasted mixed nuts can be used in place of regular mixed nuts. Reduced calorie margarine can be substituted for regular margarine.

WHITE CHOCOLATE CRISPIX MIX

Steps:

• In the largest pot, put the first 5 dry ingredients.
• Melt the white chocolate disc in the microwave.
• Pour melted chocolate over dry mix and toss with your hands until well coated.
• Spread mix out on wax paper to dry.
• Break apart and store in ziplock storage bags.
• Yum!

KELLOGG'S ORIGINAL CRISPIX MIX RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
• Combine Kellogg's Crispix cereal, nuts and pretzels in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Set aside.
• Stir together the remaining ingredients. Pour over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
• Bake for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool.
• Store in airtight container.
