CROCK POT TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE
Bravo for a tuna noodle casserole that forgoes crackers in favor of healthier ingredients like peas! This one is easy to prepare and relatively inexpensive. The flavor can be zipped up, if you desire, by sprinkling with Cheddar or Parmesan cheese the last 1/2 hour of cooking time, or after it is cooked. White albacore tuna tastes the best; however, other tuna works well too and is freer of Mercury. This recipe fits a 2.5 qt. crock pot.

EASY SLOW COOKER TUNA CASSEROLE
I couldn't find many slow cooker pasta recipes here that would cook the pasta along with everything else in the cooker. So this is a basic recipe that I made up, along the lines of my mama's stovetop tuna casserole, that can be tweaked by using different type of soup, vegetables, and pasta types as well as adding more or different cheeses, herbs, or spices. Super easy and even my 2-year-old ate it! It makes a very soft pasta, not al dente.
