An easy dessert made in the Crock Pot and finished by drying on parchment paper - these are fabulous and everyone will think you bought them from a dessert shop!

20 ounces white almond bark
4 ounces German chocolate bar baking chocolate
12 ounce bag semisweet chocolate chips
24 ounces dry roasted peanuts

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to the slow cooker in the order listed above.
  • Place a paper towel over the crockpot and place the lid on top of the paper towels
  • Let cook on low for 1 hour (no peeking!)
  • After an hour, stir to combine everything.
  • Put the paper towel back on top of the crockpot and replace the lid.
  • Allow to cook for 15 more minutes.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the candy onto parchment paper and allow to cool completely.

These Chocolate Peanut Clusters have only 4 ingredients and are so easy to make! Just throw everything in the Crockpot or slow cooker and you're done.

12 ounces white chocolate chips
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pound white chocolate almond bark (or 8 2-oz. cubes, plus more if you want the white chocolate drizzle on top )
2 pounds peanuts (lightly salted)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large crockpot.
  • Cook on LOW heat for 1 hour, stirring once half-way through.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop clumps of peanut mixture on to parchment paper and allow to cool to room temperature. You may refrigerate or freeze them. Be sure to serve at room temperature for the best texture.
  • Optional: Melt white chocolate almond bark and drizzle over the top of the set clusters.

These slow cooker chocolate peanut clusters satisfy a sweet tooth and are simple to make.

2 pounds white almond bark (or white chocolate candy melts )
6 to 8 ounces milk chocolate
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
4 cups dry-roasted peanuts

Steps:

  • Combine the almond bark or white chocolate with the milk chocolate and chocolate chips in the slow cooker . Add the peanuts. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes. Do not stir.
  • Turn the crock pot setting to low and stir every 15 minutes for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours longer or until all of the chocolate is thoroughly melted. Stir to blend.
  • Drop by teaspoon or small cookie scoop onto waxed paper and let them cool until set (about 1 1/2 to 2 hours).
  • Store the cooled and completely set chocolate peanut clusters in a cool place (or in the refrigerator) in a tightly covered container separated by sheets of waxed paper. The candy freezes well.
