- In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, cilantro, peppers and garlic. Spread about 2 tablespoons on each slice of beef. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic. , For ham and turkey rolls, in another bowl, combine the cream cheese, carrot, zucchini and dill. Spread about 2 tablespoons on each slice of ham and turkey. Roll up tightly; wrap in foil. Refrigerate overnight. , Slice the roll-ups into 1-1/2-in. pieces.

- Bring water and margarine to a boil in a saucepan; stir in stuffing mix. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand until stuffing is softened, about 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
- Spoon about 1/2 cup stuffing over each slice of turkey. Roll turkey around stuffing and arrange rolls in a microwave-safe dish, seam-side down. Pour gravy over rolls.

- Mix softened cream cheese with the ranch powder, cheddar cheese, bell pepper and onion until well combined.
- Spread about 2 Tbsp of this mixture evenly on each tortilla then lay 3-4 slices of turkey breast flat on top of the cheese mixture to cover in a single layer.
- Roll the tortilla up gently, yet tightly to make sure it holds together and keeps its shape.
- Use a serrated knife to gently slice the roll up into 5-6 slices.
- Eat immediately, or refrigerate to firm up and serve later.
