doTERRA Power Bites Recipe - (4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup finely shredded coconut, divided
1 cup almond butter
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3 drops Wild Orange essential oil

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients into a mixer except for half cup shredded coconut. Add essential oil. Mix until well combined. Roll into balls and coat in the other half cup of shredded coconut. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week and eat whenever you need an extra boost of energy or before a workout.

No-Bake Power Bites image

Delicious and filling snacks my friend Danielle told me about. I cannot get enough of these! Nothing processed and jam-packed with nutrition. I took these on a 5-hour flight and they kept me satisfied. Also my mom is on a no-processed-food cancer diet and these are a life-saver for the days she doesn't feel well enough to juice and cook! Store bites in the refrigerator or freezer.

Number Of Ingredients 8

½ cup almond butter
⅓ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, or more to taste
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup cocoa nibs
sea salt to taste

Steps:

  • Mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth. Stir oats, coconut, chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, and sea salt into almond butter mixture until well combined; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Roll mixture into balls using your hands.
