CHURRO WAFFLES RECIPE
Steps:
- Gather your ingredients.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients-flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- Whisk together the melted butter, milk, and eggs in a liquid measuring cup.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and combine until all the dry ingredients are just moistened.
- Cook the waffles on your waffle iron to your desired doneness. Keep them warm in a 250F oven while your finish cooking all of them.
- Gather your topping ingredients.
- Combine the cinnamon and sugar together in a bowl.
- Melt the butter and brush the cooked waffles with the melted butter on both sides.
- Dust the waffles with the cinnamon sugar until they are completely coated on both sides.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments until completely melted. Then drizzle the chocolate sauce over the top of the waffles, and serve with whipped cream!

Steps:
- In a blender, combine mix, milk, eggs, and butter. Mix for about 30 seconds.
- Let batter sit at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat a nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium. Lightly coat with butter. Add 1/3 cup batter and swirl to completely cover bottom of skillet.
- Cook until underside of crepe is golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Loosen edge of crepe with a rubber spatula, then with your fingertips, quickly flip the crepe.
- Cook for about 1 minute.
- Plate and add your favorite toppings. Then roll or fold.
