Steps:
- Whisk together the garlic, green onion, sugar, five-spice powder, fish sauce, soy sauce, chili sauce, and salt in a bowl. Arrange the chicken pieces in a shallow, non-metallic dish. Spoon the sauce mixture over the chicken to evenly coat. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Arrange the marinated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crispy, about 45 minutes. Serve with lime wedges on the side.

YUMMY BAKED CHICKEN DRUMMIES

- Wash the chicken and pat dry. In a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken in 1 layer, mix together the lemon juice, brown sugar, oil, garlic, paprika, garam masala, ginger, turmeric, a pinch of salt and a few grinds of black pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the baking dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and transfer to the oven. Bake until the chicken reaches 150 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer, about 35 minutes.
- While the chicken bakes, warm the butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the onions and a pinch of salt. Saute, cooking slowly, until the onions are golden brown and caramelized, about 20 minutes. Stir in the raisins and rum, and use a wooden spoon to loosen any onion bits from the bottom of the pan. Cook until the alcohol evaporates, leaving just the rum scented flavor, about 2 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat. When the chicken reaches 150 degrees F, spoon the onion-raisin mixture over the chicken. Raise the oven temperature to 400 degrees F, then return chicken to the oven and bake for 10 minutes more, uncovered. The chicken will be fully cooked when it reaches 160 degrees F. Transfer to a serving platter and serve warm or cold.

- Cut chicken wings into 3 sections; discard wing tip sections. Combine the onions, chili sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, sugar and five-spice powder in a large container. - Cut off and discard tips from chicken wings with kitchen shears or a large heavy knife, then halve wings at joint. Pat dry and add to spice mixture, tossing to coat.
- Arrange wings in 1 layer on broiler pan and broil 6 to 7 inches from heat, turning over once, until browned and cooked through, 16 to 20 minutes total.

- Using a sharp knife, cut through the two wing joints; discard wing tips. In a small bowl, whisk honey, oil, soy sauce, five-spice powder, ginger, salt, garlic powder and cayenne until blended. - Rinse your chicken legs under cold running water. Put them in a large bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and half of the five-spice powder. In a medium bowl, whisk together your 2 eggs and tablespoon of water. Add to the chicken, and toss everything together.

- Combine the soy sauce, salt, five spice, red onion, garlic, oil, shaoxing wine (or sherry), and sesame oil in a mixing bowl and set aside. Pat the chicken dry and add it to the marinade, making sure to get the marinade under the skin of the chicken. Marinate overnight or at least 20 minutes.
