Steps:

  • Arrange the bagel slices in one layer on 2 large baking sheets. In a blender purée the rosemary and the garlic mixture with the oil until the mixture is smooth. Brush the slices with the mixture, sprinkle them with the salt, and bake them in a preheated 350°F. oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until they are golden.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Brush 3 Tbsp. oil evenly onto pita breads; sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
  • Cut each pita into 8 wedges; place in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Meanwhile, combine remaining cheese and oil.
  • Serve pita wedges with cheese mixture.

4 tablespoons butter
1 -4 clove garlic, minced,as many as you like (1-4 is a good start for most people)
1 1/2 large bagels, sliced into 1/8 inch rounds (For Gluten-Free 2 Multi-Grain Bagels from Kinnikinnick)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large saute' pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in garlic; cook and stir for 1 minute.
  • Add bagel slices, and toss to coat.
  • Spread on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until crispy and dry.
  • Check frequently to prevent burning.
  • Cool.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Slice bagels into 1/8 inch thick rounds using a serrated knife. Arrange them in a single layer on the greased baking sheet. 1 baguette

Steps:

  • Blend butter and rosemary in processor.
  • Gradually add oil and process until incorporated.
  • Mix in Parmesan cheese.
  • (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate; bring to room temperature before continuing.)
  • Mix in garlic.
  • Cut the baguette in half lengthwise, then crosswise (4 pieces total).
  • Score each piece diagonally 3/4-inch deep at 1 1/2-inch intervals.
  • Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat oven to 400°F
  • Spread cheese mixture over cut sides of bread.

Add oil, garlic, and water and stir until a soft, sticky dough forms. Working with half of the dough at a time, roll dough out on a lightly floured surface to about an 1/8 inch thickness.
