Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and broth until smooth. Stir in the soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic powder and pepper flakes; set aside. , In a wok or large skillet, stir-fry pork in 1 tablespoon oil until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm. In the same pan, stir-fry vegetables in remaining oil until crisp-tender. , Stir broth mixture and add to the vegetables. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened. Return pork to the pan; heat through. Serve with rice and, if desired, sprinkle with cilantro.

- In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry pork in oil until no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer., In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar and ginger; add to skillet. Combine water and cornstarch until smooth; add to skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. If desired, serve with rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.

This recipe is for a quick Japanese style pork saute. Great with rice and steamed veggies on the side. You can also double the recipe and use whole Pork Chops or chicken breasts for grilling!

- In a large bowl, mix together the ginger, soy sauce, sake and mirin. Add the sliced pork, cover, and marinate for about 1 hour.
- Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over high heat. Add the pork, and fry until brown. The pork should have a dark crispy look to it. Do not cook on low or medium heat, as the juices will not cook fast enough to get a crispy texture. Discard leftover marinade.

Steps:
- Place cubed pork and flour together in a resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet or wok. When hot, add coated pork and brown quickly; remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Pour off remaining oil.
- In same skillet combine the chicken broth, water, soy sauce and sherry. Stir together and add the green onion, garlic, sugar, ginger, salt, pepper and reserved pork cubes. Bring all to a boil. Then lower heat, cover and let simmer 15 minutes or until pork is tender. Check occasionally to make sure sauce is not thickening too much. If needed, add more water.

APPLE GINGER PORK CHOPS
Steps:
- In a resealable plastic bag, add the chops, apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large saute pan heat 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil to almost smoking, then add pork chops, shaking off excess marinade. Brown on both sides, then place on a sheet pan and put in the oven for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135 degrees F.
- In the same saute pan deglaze with wine then add onions, apples and raisins and cook until apples are soft and onions are translucent. Add butter salt and pepper, to taste, and keep warm.
- Remove chops from oven and add to the apple mixture. Serve hot.
POT STICKER: GINGER PORK
Steps:
- In a medium bowl, add the pork, onions, ginger, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Mix together until thoroughly combined.
- In a medium stock pot, boil 2 quarts of water.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the middle of a wrapper. Brush the edges of the wrapper with the end and fold in half. Repeat with the remaining wrappers.
- Place wrappers in boiling water for 1 minute, remove, and cool individually on cooling rack.
- When ready for service, heat saute pan with 1 teaspoon oil, and saute on medium-high heat until the skin of the wrapper is browned.
GINGER-MARINATED PORK TENDERLOIN

- Whisk together 2/3 cup broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, ginger, garlic, and vinegar and pour into a large sealable plastic bag. Add tenderloin and seal bag, then marinate, chilled, turning bag over occasionally, 2 hours.
- Bring tenderloin to room temperature, about 1 hour.
- Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 425°F.
- Pat tenderloin dry and reserve marinade. Heat oil in a 12-inch ovenproof skillet over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking, then brown tenderloin on all sides, turning with tongs, about 3 minutes total. Transfer skillet to oven and roast pork until thermometer inserted diagonally into center of meat registers 155°F, 12 to 15 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and let stand, loosely covered with foil, 10 minutes.
- While meat is roasting, pour marinade through a fine-mesh sieve into a small saucepan and boil until reduced to about 1/3 cup, 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in remaining cup broth and bring sauce to a simmer. Serve slices of tenderloin with sauce.

- Heat oil in wok.
- Add first 3 ingredients till fragrant.
- Add ground pork; cook till no pink.
- Add yellow onion cook about 2 minutes.
- Add green onions; cook another 2 minutes.
- Add cilantro and fish sauce; cook 1 more minute.
- When cooking last 3 ingredients, use your judgment on how you like the firmness of them--you might want to cook more or less. I like mine a little firmer.
- Serve with jasmine rice.
SAUTEED PORK WITH GINGER & GARLIC

- Cut the pork into 2 inch pieces.
- Combine soy, sake, ginger and garlic.
- Marinate the meat in this mixture (for no more than 15 minutes or it will toughen).
- Heat the oil in a large frypan, and saute the drained pork over a high heat until slightly brown; then turn and saute at medium heat.
- Add the reserved marinade, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with rice, and sauteed Asian vegetables.

- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook the noodles following pack instructions. Meanwhile, mix the cornflour with 1 tbsp water, then stir in the soy sauce and honey, and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat. Add the pork and cook for 2 mins until browned all over. Add the ginger, garlic, pepper and mangetout, and cook for a further 2 mins. Reduce the heat, then add the soy and honey mixture, stirring and cooking until the sauce bubbles and thickens. Divide the drained noodles between 2 bowls. Top with the pork and vegetables, and finish with a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
