1 cup gluten-free flour blend. (You can use your blend or good quality store-bought)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 tsp baking binder (If your blend does not contain)
4 cups superfine brown rice flour
1 cup potato starch
1 cup tapioca starch
3 teaspoons xanthan gum
9 teaspoons baking powder
3 teaspoons baking soda

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients in a food processor or mixer for at least ten minutes.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wire whisk. Store in refrigerator for longer self-life.
