Grilled pizza that is as beautiful as it is delicious!

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 jar of quartered artichoke hearts - drained
1 cup of grape tomatoes - halved
1/2 cup of pitted Greek olives - halved
1/2 cup of fresh parsley - chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 (7 oz., or larger) container of Original Classic Flavor Hummus Spread
2 Naan Flatbreads
1 container of crumbled Traditional Feta Cheese

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix the artichokes, tomatoes, olives, parsley, oil, and pepper
  • Spread the hummus evenly onto the Naan bread
  • Add the topping mixture
  • Grill over low/medium heat for about 5 minutes
  • Remove from grill, and sprinkle feta cheese liberally over both pizzas
  • Slice, and serve

6 - medium chopped sundried tomatoes
6-8 - sliced black olives (canned not kalamata)
4 - medium canned artichokes sliced in half
1/4 cup(s) crumbled goat cheese
1/4 cup(s) finely shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano, dried
1/2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
1 - stonefire naan bread - original
- salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Set Oven to 400* Bake Place Naan Bread On A Small Pizza Pan - No Need to Oil the Pan. Mix Tomato Paste, Olive Oil and Oregano and Spread on Naan Bread Evenly.
  • Lay On Ingredients (Toppings As Desired) I Layer the Tomatoes, Olives, Artichokes - Then the Goat Cheese Sprinkled Evenly and Then the Mozzarella.
  • Bake at 400* for 5-9 Minutes or Until Cheeses Are Melted. Serve Immediately - Salt & Pepper to Taste, But Not Needed!

2 (6 inch) Greek pita flatbreads
½ cup feta cheese
2 small tomatoes, chopped
8 pitted Kalamata olives

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Spread pesto onto each pita; top with feta cheese, tomatoes, and Kalamata olives. Place each pita onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 6 to 8 minutes.
