CHEESE BALL WITH DICED HAM
Cream cheese ham ball smothered in pecan pieces, an easy WOW appetizer that uses up left over diced ham for one of the easiest cheese ball recipes EVER! Cheeseballs are really simple to make with softened bricks of cream cheese making the base of the ball. Combining all the cream cheese, regular cheese, ham and seasonings, the cheeseball is shaped and then totally smothered with nuts. All you need now is a cracker to dip right into the cream cheese, a beautiful cheese ball display with amazing taste and texture. Cheeseballs are commonly used at parties and make great well known and popular appetizers. While there really are a lot of cheeseball flavors from cheddar to chocolate chip, there is nothing more comforting than seasonal ham and cheese. - Add cream cheese, ham, green onions and seasoned salt to a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Form into a ball and place onto a piece of plastic wrap.
- Cover entire cheeseball with chopped pecans.
- Wrap ball up with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate Ham cheese ball for 2 hours or until ready to serve.
- To serve, remove plastic and serve with butter crackers.

- In the bowl of a food processor, pulse cheddar cheese, cream cheese, basil, honey, salt and pepper in a food processor until smooth. Place cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap and use plastic wrap to shape into a ball; chill until firm, at least 2 hours.
- Unwrap and roll cheese ball in pecans and let sit at room temperature 20 minutes before serving. Serve with Stacy's® Fire Roasted Jalapeño Pita Chips.
PECAN AND GOAT CHEESE BALLS
Two holiday traditions-the nut bowl and the cheese plate-unite in these refined cheese balls. Lily-pad-like parsley leaves add a herbaceous note echoed in the surprising (and surprisingly good) combination of rosemary and coriander in the center of the cheese. These diminutive marbles coated with sweet buttered pecans are just the right size, making them neat to eat.

- Preheat oven to 400°F with rack in upper third.
- Toss pecans with butter, sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt, then toast in a 4-sided sheet pan until fragrant and a shade darker, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate and cool completely.
- Pulse pecans in a food processor just until finely chopped, then transfer to a wide shallow bowl.
- Stir together goat cheese, rosemary, coriander, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper until combined well. Form teaspoons of cheese mixture into marbles between your palms, then roll in pecans to coat and roll between your palms again briefly. Transfer to a plate.
- Put a parsley leaf under each cheese marble and spear together with a wooden pick.
HAM AND CHEESE BALL WITH ROASTED PECANS
I put this together years ago and it is a fav at all parties. Easy and can be made 2 days ahead or can be frozen for later use. I like to make enough in Oct. freeze and use for Holiday parties in Nov. and Dec. Also makes great Christmas host gifts. Serve with any crackers. Also good with pepper jelly on the side.

- Put 1 cup pecans to the side for covering cheese ball.
- Put remaining ingredients in blender.
- blend well.
- Form into a ball
- Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Roll ball in cup of roasted pecans.
- Wrap in wax paper and chill till ready to use.
- Can freeze till ready to use or give as gift.
- Serve with crackers
- Also good with Jalapino pepper jelly on top or on the side.
