LEFTOVER HAM -N- POTATO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain.
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
• Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the ham and onion; cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes.
• Stir potatoes into ham mixture; transfer to the prepared baking dish.
• Melt 1/4 cup butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir flour into melted butter until smooth.
• Gradually whisk milk into flour mixture; season with salt and black pepper. Continue cooking and stirring until thickened, about 2 minutes.
• Reduce heat to medium-low and stir Cheddar cheese into the white sauce until melted.
• Pour sauce over ham and potatoes.
• Sprinkle bread crumbs atop casserole.
• Bake in the preheated oven until sauce is bubbly and browned, 25 to 30 minutes.

HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• HEAT oven to 350 degrees.
• COOK onion and green pepper in margarine until tender.
• STIR in flour and pepper.
• ADD milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
• REDUCE heat and add cheese and mayo; stir until cheese melts.
• ADD potatoes and ham; put into casserole dish.
• BAKE for 30 minutes.

HAM, CHEESE, AND ONION BAKED POTATO TOPPING

Steps:

• Combine oil, ham, and onion in microwave-safe dish and microwave on high 1 minute.
• Sprinkle cheese over hot split baked potato and microwave 30 seconds.
• Spoon ham mixture over cheese and sprinkle with parsley.

POTATO HAM BAKE

Steps:

• In a greased 3-qt. baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, ham, onion, cheese and soup. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350° for 1-1/4 hours or until potatoes are almost tender. , Sprinkle with peas. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until heated through.

CHICKEN, HAM AND POTATO BAKE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 400°F.
• Prepare potatoes as directed on package; place in large bowl. Add chicken, ham, broccoli and 1 cup cheese; mix well.
• Spoon into 11x8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheese.
• Bake 15 to 20 min. or until heated through. About 5 min. before casserole is done, cook gravy in saucepan on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
• Serve casserole topped with gravy.

CHEESY HAM & POTATO PACKET

Steps:

• In a large bowl, toss potatoes with green pepper, onion and pepper; place in center of a greased 24x18-in. piece of heavy-duty foil. Fold foil around vegetables and crimp edges to seal., Grill, covered, over medium heat 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from grill. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape. Add ham; sprinkle with cheese. Grill opened packet, covered, 2-4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
