1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, (softened to room temperature)
4 tablespoons butter, (softened to room temperature)
2 cloves garlic, (minced)
2 tablespoons heavy cream
pinch salt
pinch black pepper
2 tablespoons each herb, (parsley, sage, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, and dill weed)
assorted dippers, (celery sticks, red bell peppers, broccoli, or crackers)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese, butter, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy
  • Stir in the fresh minced herbs until thoroughly incorporated.
  • Spoon into a bowl or serving container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Remove the Garlic Herb Boursin Cheese Spread from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.

16 oz. soft cream cheese
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Chop garlic clove in food processor, stopping once to scrape down the sides. Add cream cheese, butter and remaining ingredients. Process until smooth, stopping twice to scrape down sides. Cheese mixture may be refrigerated up to one week or frozen up to three months.

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add garlic clove.
  • Process until finely chopped, stopping once to scrape down sides.
  • Add cream cheese, butter and remaining ingredients; process until smooth, stopping twice to scrape down sides.
  • Cheese mixture may be refrigerated up to one week or frozen uo to three months.

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 small garlic clove, quartered
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves
1 tablespoon chopped chives
Crackers or toasts (for serving)

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, butter, garlic, and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Add parsley and chives and pulse a few times until well combined. Pack mixture into a small bowl, ramekin, or glass jar. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or toasts.
