Hershey Kiss Cookies Recipes

HERSHEY KISS COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
• Melt the chocolate chips in a small microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments until smooth and creamy, then let sit for 2-3 minutes to cool.
• To your stand mixer add the butter and sugar to a stand mixer with the beater attachment on medium speed until lightened in color and fluffy, about two minutes.
• Add in the vanilla, egg and finally the cooled melted chocolate.
• Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt and add it into the stand mixer on low speed until just combined.
• Scoop with a 1 tablespoon measure into a bowl of sugar and roll in the sugar (try not to touch the dough too much).
• Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
• Once you remove from the oven have the chocolate kisses unwrapped and ready to push into the center of each cookie (gently) immediately then remove from the pan to cool completely.

HERSHEY KISS COOKIES

Steps:

• Mix sugars and butter with a hand mixer on medium until light and fluffy. Add egg, yolk and vanilla, mix well.
• Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
• Add dry mixture a little bit at a time to the butter mixture until well combined. Refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour.
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Divide into 48 balls, about ¾". Roll in sugar if using and place on a baking sheet.
• Bake 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned on the edges.
• Remove from the oven and cool 2-3 minutes. Press a kiss into the center of each cookie and remove it to a cooling rack.
• Cool completely.

PEANUT BUTTER KISS COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Combine sugar, peanut butter, and egg.
• Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. NOTE: If dough is too sticky, refrigerate 1/2 hour or until easy to handle.
• Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from oven. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie.

PEANUT BUTTER-HERSHEY'S KISSES COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375 degrees.
• Mix ½ cup sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter, shortening, and egg thoroughly. Stir in flour, baking soda and baking powder.
• Mold dough into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
• Bake until edges are light brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
• Immediately press candy kisses firmly into each cookie, cool.

MARSHMALLOW KISS COOKIES RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Unwrap Hershey's Kisses. Set aside for later.
• Lightly dampen marshmallows by patting down with a wet paper towel, or dipping them into a small bowl of water. Coat well in sprinkles. Set aside to dry.
• Combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
• Mix together butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg, vanilla, and milk. Mix until well combined.
• Add flour mixture and combine well.
• Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes.
• Make a small indention. Place a marshmallow in the divot.
• Bake for 2 - 2½ minutes.
• Remove from oven and press Hershey's Kisses in the center of the marshmallow.
• Let cool.
• Enjoy!

HERSHEY'S KISS SURPRISE COOKIES

Steps:

• Cream butter and sugar at low speed until light and fluffy.
• Add vanilla, stirring well.
• Combine flour and cocoa and stir into creamed mixture until well mixed.
• Stir in walnuts and chill dough for 2 hours or until firm.
• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• Wrap one tablespoon of dough around each chocolate kiss and roll into a ball.
• Place on cookie sheets and bake for 12 minutes.
• Cool slightly on sheets and remove to cool completely on wire racks.
